WorklyLab

Pilot Privacy Notice

This practical notice explains how WorklyLab handles information during its small, controlled external Pilot. It has not been presented as a final commercial privacy notice.

Who operates this Pilot

WorklyLab is the product and Pilot operator. We do not publish company registration details that have not been formally established.

Information handled

The Pilot handles account and authentication details; workspace, project, Task, Action, report, and Meeting information entered by testers; operational and error information; and feedback a tester chooses to submit.

Purpose and providers

We use this information to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the controlled Pilot. Hosting, database/authentication, transactional email, bot-verification, feedback, and error-monitoring providers may process the minimum information required for those functions once separately configured.

Isolation and safe Pilot data

Application controls isolate data by workspace and project. Testers must use fabricated, demonstration, or otherwise non-sensitive data. Do not enter customer-confidential or regulated information, personnel-sensitive records, payroll, health or investigation data, contractual secrets, passwords, credentials, or access tokens.

Retention, deletion, and sharing

Pilot information is retained only as needed to operate and evaluate the Pilot, then deleted or retained under an explicitly agreed next phase. WorklyLab does not sell tester data or intentionally share one tester's workspace with another tester.

A tester may request deletion through the configured support route. The operator will verify the requester, identify the relevant Pilot account and workspace, complete the approved deletion process, and record completion without unnecessarily retaining sensitive content.

Pilot limitations and contact

The Pilot uses reasonable safeguards but does not carry Production availability, backup, or contractual guarantees. This notice may be updated before commercial Production, with material changes presented before they apply.

The operator contact is supplied privately to approved testers until a support URL is configured.
