WorklyLab Pilot Guide

WorklyLab is running a small, controlled evaluation with staged access. This guide follows the core workflow from account creation through project follow-up.

1. Create your account

Use your approved email address, confirm the delivered email, then sign in.

2. Create your workspace and project

Create one workspace for your test activity, then add a project with its local time zone.

3. Manage Tasks and Actions

Record planned work as Tasks and follow-up commitments as Actions. Keep the content fabricated or non-sensitive.

4. Complete Daily and Weekly Reports

Create a Daily Report, complete it, and raise an Action where follow-up is needed. Generate a Weekly Report from completed work and review it before completion.

5. Prepare and record a Meeting

Create a Meeting, record discussion and decisions, complete it, and create follow-up Actions.

6. Send feedback

Describe the page, approximate time, what you attempted, what happened, and what you expected. Never include passwords, tokens, confidential project content, or credentials.

The feedback form appears when the operator configures its approved HTTPS link.

7. Known limitations

Workly AI is disabled for the first external cohort. This Pilot has no Production availability guarantee, invitation workflow, billing, or support-ticket system.

8. Data and support

Use only fabricated, demonstration, or non-sensitive information. See the Privacy Notice and Pilot Terms for the complete restrictions.

The support route is shared privately until its approved HTTPS URL is configured.
