Controlled Pilot Terms
These concise terms govern access to the controlled WorklyLab evaluation Pilot. They are practical Pilot terms, not final commercial customer terms.
Evaluation access
Access is limited to approved testers for evaluation and feedback. Testers must protect their account, use the Pilot lawfully, and not probe, disrupt, automate abuse of, or attempt unauthorized access to another workspace or service.
Appropriate data
Use fabricated, demonstration, or non-sensitive project data only. Do not enter confidential customer information, regulated information, personnel-sensitive records, payroll, health or investigation data, contractual secrets, passwords, credentials, or access tokens. Each tester is responsible for selecting appropriate Pilot data.
Pilot availability
This is a beta evaluation without an uptime or service-level warranty. Features may change, and access may be suspended or ended to protect testers, investigate problems, or conclude the Pilot.
Feedback and Pilot end
Feedback may be used to improve WorklyLab. Pilot accounts and data may be deleted when the Pilot ends, subject to the communicated retention and deletion process. Later commercial terms will supersede these Pilot Terms where applicable.
The operator contact is supplied privately to approved testers until a support URL is configured.
